Customize Your Gym Layout: How It Works
Submission of Floor Plans
You need provide your preferred floor plans to our sales manager. Ideally, we work with CAD, then PDF, and lastly, hand-drawn plans. If you have only a hand-drawn plan, please ensure its accuracy.
Equipment Selection
Depending on your space size, you can select the gym equipment you want (e.g., number of treadmills, free weights) or ask our consultant for recommendations.
Facility and Equipment Placement Discussion
Share with us how you’d like the equipment placed and any additional facilities you desire, such as a reception desk, cafeteria, sauna room, or lounge.
Design Initiation
Once we have your floor plans and equipment list, our designers will start arranging your gym space. Keep in mind, each piece of equipment typically requires 4-5 square meters.
Space Optimization
If the space doesn’t accommodate your chosen equipment, we’ll advise you to reduce some items from your list. Conversely, if there’s extra room, we can recommende additional equipment or spaces.
Design Presentation
We aim to deliver the gym layout plan to you within 2 working days.
Feedback and Revision
After reviewing the design, let us know if you’d like any modifications. Our designers will adjust the gym layout based on your feedback.
Final Confirmation and Order Placement
Once you’re satisfied with the design, you can place an order based on the provided equipment list.

01.How do you ensure safe and accessible spacing between equipment, especially during busy hours?
Safety and accessibility are our top priorities. We recommend at least 0.6 meters of space between each machine. This ensures that members can use equipment comfortably, especially during peak hours.
02.How do you incorporate features like pillars into the design?
Based on our years of gym layout design experience, we recommend transforming pillars into functional training hubs for resistance bands and TRX attachments. In tighter spaces, consider using them for storage with hooks or shelves. To enhance the feeling of openness, integrating them into mirror designs is also an effective approach.
03.Can I preview the design with a 3D walkthrough or virtual reality?
We currently don’t offer 3D walkthroughs or virtual reality previews. However, our detailed 2D layout is available to give you a clear picture of the space and equipment arrangement. For more insights or a personalized gym layout, feel free to contact us anytime.

Yes, our designs can incorporate placeholders for areas like locker rooms and the front desk to give you a overall view. However, please note that while we can designate spaces for these areas, our primary expertise lies in equipment layout. Specific design details for locker rooms or front desk areas would be up to your discretion or a specialized interior designer.
